What happen when image watermarked on the fly?

The image and the watermark logo + watermarking text + watermarking signature are combined into a single image created by the PHP script. Even if the image is right clicked or the URL is typed into the address bar the compound image will still be created by the PHP script and served by the .htaccess file.
Watermarked
So any image served on your website (except small ones and logo images which contains the word logo on there names) will be watermarked
